  • work with client and builder to develop a comprehensive master site plan. A master plan will assist the client in developing the property in the most efficient manner possible. Grading, drainage, parking, circulation and landscape features can be incorporated into the initial construction. This process will avoid expensive future corrections and layout changes involving heavy equipment and labor.
